Case is being actively reviewed since 07/05/22. Hey I’ve been wondering is there anyone else who did their biometrics on 07/05. Because my case says it’s been actively reviewed since then meanwhile I see a lot of people are getting approved same day after biometrics. I submitted my application concurrent AOS marriage based on 05/31/2022. Good luck. I am in the “actively reviewed” stage too. Applied online on Jan 4, 2022. Got my receipt and biometric reuse notice within 5 minutes. Since then, case is actively being reviewed. I think that once USCIS gets/has fingerprints and sends it for the checks, it changes to “actively reviewed”. No one knows how long it will be.I485& I130 changed to “case is being actively reviewed”.
